Chef: $40 per hr.
Server: $30 per hr.
(Subject to a 4 hr. min. door-door time; including driving time)
Formal Sit-Down: 1 Server per 10-15 guests
Buffett Service: 1 Server per 25 guests
Passed Appetizers: Servers per 25 guests
Bar Service: 1 Bartender per 50 guests

Standard Drop Off ($12.95 per set up):
Black trays, black plastic serving utensils, and foil pans
Optional: Wire rack, two sternos, and a deep foil pan. Used for buffet style dining. (Extra sternos $1.50 each)
Executive Tray Service ($40.00 flat fee):
Service trays, baskets, china platters, glassware platters, chrome chaffers, sternos, and silver serving utensils
Corporate Express Service ($2.50 per person):
Durable black plastic plates, flatware, and napkins
Linens and China (call for pricing)
We offer linens, chinaware, flatware, and glassware for weddings, receptions, private and social functions
